1. This process has the advantages of reducing the volume of the flotation tank and saving flotation reagents.
2. Mixing-separating flotation process---This process is to select all the fluidized lead and zinc sulfide minerals into the mixed concentrate, and directly discard the tailings. Then, after the mixed concentrate is demedicated, the lead-zinc separation process is carried out, and the flotation separation effect of this process is good.
3. Floatable flotation process---in view of the fact that the flotability of some sphalerites in the selected ore is similar to that of most galena, at the same time, the floatability of a small part of galena is similar to that of most sphalerites. , Can adopt the equal flotation process, that is, when the lead flotation is priority, a part of the zinc minerals with good flotability are floated simultaneously, while the zinc is flotation, the remaining lead minerals are flotated, and then the lead concentrate is dezincified. The zinc concentrate is deleaded to obtain lead concentrate and zinc concentrate respectively.
4. Asynchronous flotation process---In the flotation process, different minerals may have the same flotability, and the same mineral may have different flotability. The asynchronous flotation process is to divide the flotation of lead and zinc into stages. To ensure that the lead-zinc minerals are not synchronized to the fullest floatation under their respective suitable flotation conditions.
