    The impact crusher is a crushing machine that uses impact energy to crush materials. When the machine is working, driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at a high speed. When the material enters the impact area of ​​the blower, it hits and breaks with the blower on the rotor, and then is thrown to the counterattack device to break again, and then rebound from the counterattack liner. Return to the hammer action area to break again. This process is repeated, the material enters one, two, and three from large to small, and the counterattack cavity is repeatedly crushed. Until the material is crushed to the required particle size, it is discharged from the discharge port.

    The impact crusher is widely used in hydropower, highway, artificial sand and gravel, crushing and other industries. The impact crusher can handle various coarse, medium and fine materials with a side length of not more than 500mm and a compressive strength of not more than 350MPa. The maximum must not exceed the specified value. The discharging granularity can be achieved by adjusting the hammer head and the counterattack plate according to the needs, and even the gap between the parts.

    Working principle

    The stone falls directly into the high-speed rotating turntable from the upper part of the machine; under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, it collides with another part of the flying rocks around the turntable in an umbrella manner to produce high-speed collision and high-density crushing. A vortex motion is formed between the turntable and the casing, which causes multiple blows, frictions, and smashes, which are discharged directly from the lower part. It forms a closed circuit for multiple cycles, and is controlled by the screening equipment to achieve the required particle size.
