  • Introduction

     

    C series European version jaw crusher is a new generation of products successfully developed based on decades of experience in the design and manufacture of traditional jaw crushers and using finite element analysis methods.     Integrated motor installation

    The integrated installation method of the motor base and the crusher frame not only saves the installation space of the jaw crusher, reduces the length of the V-belt, but also realizes the realization due to the synchronous movement of the frame, the motor base and the motor, and the adjustable motor base. The tension of the V-belt can be adjusted so that the service life of the V-belt is longer.

    Damping installation design

    The crusher is fixed by a special rubber shock absorber, which effectively absorbs the peak value of equipment vibration, and allows the vertical and longitudinal displacement of the crusher, thereby reducing the impact on the foundation.

     

    Working Principle

     

    The motor drives the belt and pulley, and the movable jaw swings back and forth through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw pushes the movable jaw plate to move to the fixed jaw plate, the material is crushed or broken. When the movable jaw and the movable jaw plate retreat under the action of the eccentric shaft and the spring, the previously crushed or chopped materials are discharged from the lower discharge port of the jaw plate. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the mobile jaw is broken to periodically crush and discharge materials to realize mass production.
